Having the opportunity to watch girls become more independent by stepping out of their comfort zone and seeing the world is beyond powerful. It's amazing to see the hard work that they put in to earning money to fund a trip of a lifetime that they may not have otherwise. It's so rewarding to see them share their stories when they return and ask, “Where to next?” 

Travel has empowered me to be a strong, compassionate woman who loves exploring new cultures and meeting new people. I love working with girls to help them with their own life-changing travel experiences and to watch them grow while on our tours!

After my first trip abroad to the land down under, I grew more confident in myself and gained a new perspective on the world. It wasn’t long after when I found myself working at EF in hopes to create the same experience for other young women! I believe travel is such a valuable experience;  it helps them not only discover the world, but more about themselves.

I feel privileged to be able to provide girls and women the opportunity to step out into the world and learn how they can make a difference. The value of travel is indescribable and I am lucky to see how it changes girls' lives. Having been part of a girl-led organization myself, I'm happy to stay connected to my roots. I am constantly inspired by the determination of the leaders and volunteers I work with to bring opportunity to their girls!

I believe that travel is important for everyone, but especially for young women. Seeing the world beyond their own home allows girls to imagine bigger futures for themselves. Working with girl-focused organizations has been inspirational for me because I hear all about the work the girls and leaders put in. As a Tour Consultant, I am motivated by the tireless dedication and energy of our Group Leaders. The moms and leaders who give their girls the world are incredible.  Seeing how much time and energy they dedicate to their troop inspires me to work harder to make their troop’s tour a success! 

Seeing young girls and leaders all the way through their travel journey from deciding on a tour to hearing about the life changing experience upon their return is so rewarding. Not only are the girls discovering the world, but they are discovering themselves along the way.

Seeing how travel can change a girls' life is really special. I'm grateful that I get to work with troop leaders who are so dedicated and devoted to developing their girls' lives through travel. My job is to make sure their tours go smoothly and their experience is as powerful as they imagined.
